Today I read "Alissa". The title of this is the main character's name. This story is about poor girl named Alissa. She likes reading a book very much, so she reads books all day. One day, A fat man comes her house. Then she was sold  by his father because there are not any job in the poor village. She doesn't want to go and doesn't like the fat man. she want to go to the school. However she can't refuse. She goes to the thin man's house. she works fifteen hours a day in his house. But his wife is very mean. then she was sold to other place. Next she works at the clothes shop. Few month later that she can walk in the shop as a customer service because she can write and count. The she meets a tall and pretty lady......

I think that this story is too sad for me. At first, I don't like Alissa's father. On second thought, His father is a little bit kind to Alissa because she can go to school until 12-years old, even if their family was very poor. It gives her a chance to become ordinary people.
